Who is B-Boys Anonymous?
B-Boys Anonymous is a freestyle-dance based club that welcomes all members of the UC Irvine and local community, regardless of experience or background in dance. Serving as an open environment for students to learn and grow as dancers, B-Boys Anonymous serves to spread the knowledge of Hip Hop culture and the art of freestyle to a greater audience by hosting open dance floors, workshops, and competitions, among other events.
What is All-UCI?
All-UCI Dance Battle is a dance event started by B-Boys Anonymous in the year 2010. Every year, the All-UCI Dance Battle aims to bring together the UCI dance community—as well as the general UCI community—for a night of dance performances and battles. Each UCI dance team performs AND has a representatives from their respective team battle in a 3v3, 8-team, elimination-style competition format.
Where do I come in?
Through my own affiliation with B-Boys Anonymous, I was given the opportunity by the B-Boys Anonymous Board to create a highlight reel for the All-UCI 8 event as a freelance videographer.
